Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Test & Product Specialist in Rock Hill, SC to troubleshoot machine issues, identify root causes, and lead product audits to improve line efficiency. This full-time, on-site role requires strong mechanical/electrical knowledge and 2-4 years of assembly experience.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot machines after testing, identifying root causes in assembly, programming, or supplier quality.
Communicate issues daily to respective teams for corrective action and operator training.
Maintain a database of troubleshooting issues and actions taken.
Support testing and rework activities, identifying common issues and communicating them.
Conduct product audits for all lines, performing in-depth inspections and reporting findings.
Align with other PC on process improvements.
Respect and actively contribute to SHE procedures (Safety, Health, Environment).
Promote ideas for continuous improvement and innovation.
Interact with colleagues and managers with transparency and commitment.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate self-leadership through leading by example.
Action & Achievement oriented.
Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge.
2 to 4 years of assembly experience with strong knowledge of assembly and testing processes for air compressors, generators, and pumps.
Experience in troubleshooting of air compressors / generators or pumps.
Operating knowledge of systems & Basic Computer operation.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times (occasionally).
Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
