Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a Test Development team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Define site-wide test strategies for PCBA and final product testing, aligning with business goals and global standards.
Oversee the development and standardization of test architectures (hardware, fixtures, software, diagnostics, data capture).
Advocate and embed Design for Test (DFT) principles into the product development cycle.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams for smooth production readiness.
Maintain compliance with safety standards, quality regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 45001).
Lead governance processes for test development activities (design reviews, validation, change controls).
Pioneer innovative approaches using automation and data-driven methodologies.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in test engineering within electronics or system development sectors.
Proven expertise in developing test solutions for PCBA function testing and/or in-circuit testing (Keysight familiarity preferred).
Demonstrated leadership skills managing Test Engineering teams.
Strong track record in defining test strategies, standards, and architectures.
In-depth knowledge of Design for Test (DFT) methodologies.
Experience overseeing test development through New Product Introduction (NPI) to volume production.
Advanced analytical skills for complex investigations.
Excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Solid grasp of relevant safety, quality, and compliance frameworks.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office tools.

Desired Qualifications

Engineering degree in electronics, test, manufacturing, or a related discipline (desirable).
Practical experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies (desirable).
Background in SMT and through-hole assembly processes in global engineering environments (desirable).
