Responsibilities

Ensure operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Perform daily work in the assembly shop and coil shop according to schedule.
Conduct product assembly and operate basic equipment.
Set up and operate Winding machine, Spot welding machine, and Molding machine.
Set up and operate Automatic testing equipment for both coil and assembly shops.
Be flexible and rotate responsibilities within the position.
Adhere to all quality standards.
Actively participate in continuous improvement events like Kaizen.

Requirements

Ability to work with minimum supervision.
0-2 years of experience in operating Assembly & Testing equipment.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Must be able to lift up to 3 Kilograms.
Must be able to distinguish colors.

Desired Qualifications

B.E/B. Tech /Diploma /ITI or any degree.
