Responsibilities

Assist and guide DSP business owners in building and growing last mile package delivery businesses.
Find and execute value-creation opportunities and manage DSP relationships throughout the business lifecycle.
Work alongside DSPs to solve their biggest challenges at a programmatic level.
Influence DSP business planning and strategy.
Identify obstacles and recommend solutions to ensure DSP owners make effective business decisions.
Support owners during onboarding and launch preparation.
Guide owners in scaling their business and managing operational issues.
Coordinate Business and Financial Health Reviews to discuss performance and opportunities.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement operational improvements.
Partner with 20-40 DSP owners, helping them set strategy and drive accountability.
Collaborate with internal teams (Station Operations Managers, Program Managers, Compliance, Finance) to ensure DSP compliance and success.

Requirements

2+ years of employee and performance management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience

Desired Qualifications

1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
