Bayer AG is hiring an experienced Microsoft 365 / Azure DevOps Consultant to manage ongoing Commercial process support in India, starting January 2027. The role focuses on Azure DevOps administration, Microsoft Power Automate flow maintenance, and Microsoft Forms management, requiring a self-sufficient candidate with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Manage Azure DevOps administration including user onboarding, offboarding, access, security groups, licenses, permissions, and audits.
Create and configure Azure DevOps projects, sprints, administrator roles, repositories, and branch security.
Maintain work item types, custom fields, workflows, states, process templates, boards, and backlogs.
Handle incidents, service requests, access issues, and other Azure DevOps administration support.
Build, update, and manage Microsoft Forms for Commercial processes.
Ensure forms align with evolving business requirements.
Monitor form responses and support data extraction.
Maintain and modify existing Microsoft Power Automate workflows.
Troubleshoot Power Automate flow failures and implement fixes.
Support the creation of new Power Automate flows.
Manage connections, triggers, and approvals within Power Automate.

Requirements

2-4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and MS Forms.
Solid Azure DevOps administration experience (user management, projects, boards, repos, pipelines).
Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment.
Ability to work independently on maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
Good documentation and communication skills in English.

Desired Qualifications

Experience supporting Commercial, Finance, or Operational business processes.
Familiarity with SharePoint and M365 admin centre.
Basic understanding of Power BI or reporting tools.
ITIL or service management awareness.
