AWS India seeks a Technical Customer Solutions Manager to guide large enterprises through their cloud migration, modernization, and GenAI journeys. Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging complex program management and technical expertise.
Understand customer business and strategic goals, translating them into executable plans.
Drive implementation success by working with customers, AWS, and partners.
Take end-to-end ownership of multiple migration, modernization, and GenAI projects.
Interface with and influence broad, multi-disciplinary teams including business development, solutions architecture, support, product, and professional services.
Manage cloud migration and modernization programs encompassing technical, operational, organizational, and educational aspects.
Ensure customer needs are communicated to AWS leadership, product, and engineering teams.
Conduct Migration Readiness Assessments (MRA) and ensure migration foundations are delivered.
Organize migration kick-off workshops and establish Executive Steering Committees and reporting.
Measure and quantify customer value realization.
Assess migration and modernization progress and implement plans to mitigate risks or delays.
Support people and process pillars of migration, including CCOE design.
Act as the owner of reporting and system updates related to migration health.
Share best practices across geographies and build intellectual property.

Requirements

5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs.
Proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
Experience in customer-facing roles.
Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or equivalent.

Desired Qualifications

AWS or other cloud certification.
Knowledge of the software development/engineering lifecycle from conception to delivery or IT lifecycle.
Experience coordinating between project teams and customers to meet unique customer requirements.
