Responsibilities

Execute recurring program workflows including tracker updates, milestone follow-ups, compliance checks, and vendor coordination.
Perform structured data pulls and analysis to identify trends, flag deviations, and support root cause investigations.
Maintain operational dashboards, reports, and program documentation with high data integrity.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners (operations, finance, supply chain, last-mile) to manage inputs and action items.
Identify process gaps and escalate them with supporting data and observations.
Support store launch readiness activities by tracking configurations, audits, and checklists.
Document SOPs, playbooks, and lessons learned.

Requirements

1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English (speak, write, and read).
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Experience with Excel.

Desired Qualifications

Experience using SQL.
