Volvo Cars is establishing a talent pool for experienced OEM Managers and technical experts for future opportunities in their new electric vehicle factory in Košice, Slovakia. This exploratory initiative seeks leaders in Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Supply Chain with expertise in areas like robotics, automation, and continuous improvement, who are willing to relocate.

Requirements

Several years of previous working experience in a senior or exec. management position, preferably in a highly automated production environment in OEM/Tier1
Ability to professionally communicate, verbally and in written form, in the English language
Willingness to relocate to Košice, Slovakia

Desired Qualifications

Operational leaders in Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics & Supply Chain
Relevant specialization (departments): Propulsion (engine, battery), Body-in-White / Stamping (structural manufacturing, sheet metal processes), Paint & Surface Treatment (coating, finishing), Robotics & Automation (industrial automation - commissioning, maintenance, continuous improvement), Continuous Improvement (process optimization, LEAN manufacturing)
