The Supply Coordinator is responsible for material supply, logistics, inventory control, and import/export administrative tasks to ensure material availability in line with production plans. This role requires a university degree, at least one year of experience in supply chain, materials, or import/export, and intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform material supply, logistics, demanding, inventory control and import/export administrative tasks.
Ensure material availability in line with production plans and demand requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to achieve on-time delivery of materials and products.
Manage and coordinate import and export operations to ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
Handle bonded warehouse and bonded material related processes to support compliant inventory and logistics operations.
Monitor inventory levels and support actions to prevent shortages or excess stock, including bonded and non-bonded materials.
Maintain accurate documentation and system records related to supply, logistics, and import/export activities.
Escalate supply, logistics, or trade compliance issues in a timely manner to minimize operational risk.
Take any tasks or projects assigned by the immediate manager/supervisor.

Requirements

University degree or higher
At least 1 year of experience in supply chain, materials, import/export
Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and logistics
Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
