Responsibilities

Drive execution of data center hardware programs from concept through delivery, supporting schedule, budget, and quality.
Develop and maintain program scope, milestones, resource assumptions, and success criteria.
Manage day-to-day program execution, including cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
Manage program schedules and planning frameworks using tools like Microsoft Project.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hardware procurement and delivery.
Provide clear program status updates, risks, and escalation paths to stakeholders.
Track compliance activities related to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Track program budgets and financials, identify variances, and support cost-effective execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in program management supporting complex, multi-disciplinary hardware programs.
Hands-on experience with data center hardware and lab infrastructure development, testing, deployment, or vendor management.
Strong understanding of data center operations, hardware components, and supporting infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with program management tools and software.

Desired Qualifications

Master's degree preferred.
Familiarity with software lifecycle concepts and reliability topics (e.g., RAS, Silent Data Errors) is a plus.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in hyperscale data center design and operations.
Project/Program Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
