Als Sr Subject Matter Expert (Support&Ops) in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, sind Sie verantwortlich für die zeitnahe Lösung von Eskalationen und Vorfällen gemäß SLA und Qualitätsstandards. Sie tragen zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei und unterstützen die Geschäftsentwicklung durch wertschöpfende Aktivitäten wie Mentoring, SOP-Erstellung und Wissensaustausch.

Responsibilities

Gewährleistung der pünktlichen Bearbeitung und Qualitätskonformität von eskalierten Tickets/Vorfällen gemäß vereinbarter SLA.
Durchführung von wertschöpfenden Aktivitäten wie Mentoring von Administratoren/Teammitgliedern, Erstellung von SOPs und Pflege effektiver Dokumentation.
Agieren als Ansprechpartner für das Business-Segment, um effektive Kommunikation und Präsentation für wichtige Stakeholder zu ermöglichen.
Validierung des Implementierungsplans für Änderungsaufträge und Einhaltung von Human-Error-Vorgaben.
Teilnahme an Kapazitätsplanung und Identifizierung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
Sicherstellung positiven Kundenfeedbacks und Zufriedenheit durch aktive Teilnahme an Kundentreffen zur Erörterung von Problemen.
Validierung von Analysen (z.B. Ursachenanalyse, Trendanalyse) und Berichten zur Leistungsdarstellung für wichtige Stakeholder.
