Synopsys is seeking a Sr Associate Software Development professional with experience in Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) to join their Enterprise Data Management team in Bengaluru, India. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting MDM solutions to ensure data quality and support AI-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and support Informatica MDM solutions.
Configure and maintain MDM functionalities including Match/Merge, Survivorship Rules, Hierarchies, and Data Models.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and integrations.
Support data quality management, governance, and master data initiatives.
Investigate and resolve MDM, integration, and data quality issues.
Develop and support ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, or similar technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement effective data solutions.
Contribute to AI/GenAI-driven automation and data management initiatives.
Ensure adherence to data governance standards, best practices, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance data accuracy, operational efficiency, and system performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM development and support.
Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts including: Match and Merge, Survivorship Rules, Data Modeling, Data Quality Management.
Advanced SQL skills with experience in SQL Server and/or Oracle.
Programming experience in Java and/or Python.
Experience with ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, or similar tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with AI, GenAI, and automation technologies.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
Familiarity with cloud-based data integration and management platforms.
