Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in PTC PLM, providing technical guidance and insights to enhance project delivery and team capabilities.
Drive knowledge upgradation by exploring and integrating new technologies into PTC PLM solutions, ensuring they meet evolving quality standards and client requirements.
Cultivate a skilled talent pool in PTC PLM through recruitment, conducting training sessions, and offering mentorship to team members.
Gather and analyze specifications to deliver tailored PTC PLM solutions, leveraging deep understanding of client domains and technology needs.
Contribute to competency development by envisioning and articulating strategic propositions, including creating collaterals and whitepapers, and conducting market trend analyses.
Recommend and implement client value creation initiatives by leveraging industry best practices in PTC PLM technology, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Requirements

Expert knowledge of PTC PLM tools and methodologies.
Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management principles.
Proficiency in Solution Architecture and Design.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Desired Qualifications

Relevant certifications in PTC PLM (Optional but valuable).
