Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operationalize an automated Best Claim Handler (BCH) decisioning capability.
- Consume claim assessment outputs, including fraud propensity scores, IAPV outcomes, and claim authentication outputs.
- Apply business rules and AI-driven decisioning logic to determine routing recommendations.
- Generate routing decisions in near real-time to support FNOL and downstream claims handling processes.
- Support assignment to claim handlers, specialist teams, and straight-through processing pathways.
- Ensure routing decisions are consistent, explainable, auditable, and reusable.
- Detect, monitor, and report on routing quality, service performance, and decisioning exceptions.
- Minimize manual intervention through automated orchestration, monitoring, and recovery processes.
- Establish automated consumption of BCH input data and validate data quality.
- Evaluate claim complexity and derive necessary routing attributes.
- Integrate BCH outputs into the Claims Automation workflow and return decisions to Pega and downstream platforms.
- Implement fully automated orchestration of BCH decisioning services.
- Monitor routing effectiveness, decision quality, and service health.
Requirements
- Experience with Google ADK is an important requirement.
- Applied machine learning expertise.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with agentic AI.
- Prompt engineering skills.
- Proficiency in experimentation.
- Model evaluation skills.
- Practical delivery of AI solutions into production environments.
- Ability to consume fraud propensity scores, IAPV outcomes, claim authentication outputs, and claim attributes.
- Ability to apply business rules and AI-driven decisioning logic.
- Ability to generate routing decisions in near real time.
