Responsibilities

Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices in software development.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure project timelines are met.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and MongoDB to drive continuous improvement.
Involve in planning and estimation for development and delivery.

Requirements

Proficiency in Java programming and development.
Proficient with Spring framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
In-depth knowledge of Hibernate for object relational mapping.
Proficient with relational database and NoSQL database.
Good understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and ability to effectively lead a technical team.

Desired Qualifications

Relevant certifications in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, or MongoDB are a plus.
