Electrolux Group is seeking a Senior Executive, Finance in Mumbai, India. This permanent, full-time role involves overseeing finance operations, ensuring timely month-end closing, reviewing accounting deliverables, driving statutory compliance, and supporting accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience and strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

Drive month-end and year-end closing activities.
Review provisions, accruals, and adjustment entries.
Monitor the closing calendar and track open items.
Review balance sheet reconciliations.
Oversee timely recording and processing of vendor invoices.
Ensure invoices are mapped to correct Cost Centres and GL accounts.
Review cost allocations.
Review fixed asset capitalization, transfers, retirements, and depreciation.
Ensure the fixed asset register is maintained accurately.
Coordinate intercompany billing and monitor timely processing.
Review intercompany reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting policies.
Support internal and statutory audits.
Prepare and review management reports and financial analyses.
Identify opportunities to improve finance processes.

Requirements

CA, MBA (Finance), or M.Com.
5–8 years of experience in finance operations, financial reporting, or controllership.
Strong knowledge of month-end closing, Invoice processing, GST, TDS, and financial controls.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Reporting to Finance Controller.
Based in Mumbai, India.
