Responsibilities

Offer unique Core and Cloud domain expertise to Domain Support and Automated Operations teams.
Provide input and knowledge to the Automation and Analytics teams to support relevant use cases.
Develop and maintain solutions for automation use case candidates, while investigating potential problem sources.
Enhance recovery processes, making them more efficient and effective.
Develop and consistently improve automated Service Delivery methodologies.
Conduct trend analyses to proactively identify possible failures, ensuring timely restoration and repair.
