Mentor team members on Appian development and agile principles.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Appian solutions and agile processes.

Requirements

Proficiency in designing and developing solutions using Appian, including business processes, integrations, and user interfaces.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in leading agile projects.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and team interaction.
Problem-solving skills to analyze technical issues and propose solutions.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members.

Desired Qualifications

Appian Level 2 Certification or higher is preferred.
