Responsibilities

  • Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools.
  • Analyze and validate cybersecurity incidents in detail, assisting the L3 team with RCA/data or logs collection.
  • Enable knowledge transfer/trainings through creation/maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals, and provide operational training to the L1 team.
  • Analyze and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participating in review calls for change requests and recommendations.
  • Implement changes, monitor security device performance, and perform performance tuning.
  • Prepare analyses and reports on project progress/challenges, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions/Reopen Cases.
  • Participate or contribute to EN business in creating proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
  • Independently resolve tickets and ensure agreed SLAs for ticket volume and time are met.
  • Provide support for on-call escalations/L3 level support, performing incident and problem management.
  • Work on value-adding activities such as Knowledge base update & management, training freshers, coaching analysts, and conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.

Requirements

  • Clear understanding of the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product.
  • Experience with monitoring, configuring, and troubleshooting cybersecurity issues and tools.
  • Ability to analyze and validate cybersecurity incidents and collect RCA/data/logs.
  • Proficiency in creating/maintaining configuration documents, test plans, and operational manuals.
  • Experience in analyzing and fine-tuning cybersecurity policies.
  • Experience in implementing changes and monitoring security device performance.
  • Ability to prepare analyses and reports.
  • Adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure positive customer experience and CSAT.
  • Proven ability to independently resolve tickets and meet SLAs.
  • Experience in providing L3 level support, incident, and problem management.
  • Experience with knowledge base management and training.
