Saab söker en erfaren rekryteringsspecialist till sitt Talent Acquisition Center i Lackarebäck, Göteborg. Rollen innebär fullt ansvar för rekryteringsprocessen, kandidatbedömning med hänsyn till säkerhetsaspekter och samarbete med rekryterande chefer. Tjänsten är ett 12-månaders vikariat med möjlighet till lärande och utveckling.

Responsibilities

Partner with recruiting managers, taking full ownership of the recruitment process.
Use expertise in candidate assessment to help Saab find the right person for the right position.
Assess candidates from a security perspective due to the defence industry context.
Plan own work and manage own recruitment processes.
Handle administrative work in a structured and organized manner.

Requirements

At least 5-10 years of experience in recruitment.
Experience in hiring qualified professionals at different levels, preferably from a recruitment center.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Ability to bring positive energy, flexibility, and strong collaboration skills.
High degree of independence, self-starter with strong decision-making abilities.
Accepting and open-minded approach toward others.
Must pass a security vetting.

Desired Qualifications

Certified in Aon’s testing tools is a strong advantage.
