Responsibilities

Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements.
Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor and ensure efficient shifts.
Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance.
Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
Ensure properly trained people and address their needs so they can focus on their jobs.
Lead change at internet speed.

Requirements

Direct management experience for employees and their performance.
Experience with performance metrics and process improvement.
Flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly.
1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
