Minimum 3+ years in global HR transformation programs
Demand & Portfolio Management
ServiceNow PPM or equivalent
HR Technology / SuccessFactors exposure
Program Governance (RAID, SteerCo, Stage Gates)
Vendor & Contract Management
Budget & Forecast Management
Global HR Transformation experience
