Responsibilities

Serves as the Model Builder SME for large-scale connected planning solutions.
Gathers, analyzes, and documents business requirements.
Translates business requirements into functional requirements and use cases.
Converts existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
Modifies existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality.
Develops model documentation.
Participates in data integration and migration solutions.
Leads UAT testing and deployment efforts.
Operates cross-functionally with ambiguity, providing expertise to Strategy and FP&A teams on best practices for modelling and reporting.
Builds and develops Anaplan modules and lists based on model blueprints.
Configures and maintains Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings to meet business needs.
Monitors data flows to and from source systems to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate.
Performs root cause analyses and proposes solutions.
Provides hands-on training to new end users on Anaplan models and documents processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology Information Systems, or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in operations or FP&A leveraging Anaplan, or completion of 3+ Anaplan implementation projects as a Model Builder.
Certified Anaplan Model Builder, level 2 or higher.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
Experience with multi-dimensional or cube-based planning and reporting tools.
Strong understanding of business processes.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake and other integration tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent teamwork skills, including the ability to interact with all organization levels.
