In short

We are looking for an experienced Program Lead to oversee the engineering and architectural design for AI datacenters, focusing on core & shell, high-density MEP, and advanced cooling systems. The role requires expertise in hyperscale execution, power optimization, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design strategy, standards, and execution for core & shell and MEP systems for ultra-high-density hyperscale data centers.
Architect and deploy state-of-the-art liquid cooling systems (direct-to-chip, rear door heat exchangers, and immersion cooling) for 100 kW to 150 kW+ per rack environments.
Oversee high-voltage power distribution, UPS topology, generator backup, and efficient HVAC systems tailored to AI/GPU workloads.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure facilities support GPU-heavy hardware (e.g., NVIDIA H100/B200 clusters) at scale.
Direct spatial layout, structural loads, floor loading capacity, and site planning to accommodate massive power density and heavy liquid cooling infrastructure.
Drive technical relationships with hyperscale clients, MEP consultants, liquid cooling manufacturers, and equipment vendors.

Requirements

15–20 years in datacenter engineering design, with a proven track record of delivering multiple hyperscale or large-scale datacenters.
Deep technical mastery in MEP systems, core & shell specifications, and high-density infrastructure design.
Direct experience designing for high-density GPU racks (100 kW to 150 kW+ per rack) and implementing advanced liquid cooling technologies.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering.
Expertise in ASHRAE liquid cooling guidelines, building codes, power density planning, and sustainability metrics (PUE/WUE optimization).

Desired Qualifications

PE license or Chartered Engineer status preferred.
