Tetra Pak is hiring a Processing Sales Manager in Johannesburg, South Africa, to drive sales of production equipment and solutions for Dairy and Beverage customers in Southern Africa. This role involves opportunity management, sales budget responsibility, customer relationship building, and market reporting.

Responsibilities

Drive opportunity management and sales of equipment and solutions for Cheese, Dairy Processing, Ice Cream and Beverage production.
Manage sales budget and margins.
Build strong relationships with assigned customers.
Provide input for new product development and participate in industrialization.
Coordinate Business Intelligence studies.
Report on market situation, won/lost orders, forecast, and activities.
Ensure seamless collaboration with other company functions.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering of Food Technology (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of commercial experience in Sales of capital equipment for liquid food processing.
Ability to travel within Southern Africa (40%).
Fluency in Afrikaans and English.
Excellent communication skills.
Good presentation skills.
Ability to work individually and as a team player.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Experience of key account management is preferred.
