Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end program lifecycle for new seller engagement use cases: intake, assessment, design, change management, launch, and BAU integration.
Establish SOPs to promote adoption of solutions and sustainability of desired results.
Partner with WW FBA teams to prioritize and execute new use cases, coordinating across various operational teams.
Work with product managers and leaders to ensure strategies scale and make smart trade-offs.
Own the Voice of Seller (VoS) pipeline end-to-end: intake pain points, develop root-cause analysis, implement solutions, and measure impact.
Identify and close seller experience (SX) gaps through data-driven insights and cross-functional partnership.
Drive operational efficiency improvements, reducing waste and optimizing resource allocation.
Serve as an escalation point for seller issues, owning investigations, driving resolution, and identifying preventative solutions.
Deliver measurable improvements across key operational and seller experience metrics.
Collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams for seamless execution and process excellence.

Requirements

3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
Knowledge of SQL
Experience defining program requirements
Experience using data and metrics to determine improvements

Desired Qualifications

3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
3+ years of driving process improvements
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
