Responsibilities

Contribute to a high level of customer service and efficient workshop operation.

Requirements

Technical knowledge or interest in heavy-duty vehicles.
Good communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Working level of English.
Good computer literacy and confidence working with systems and administrative documentation.
Responsibility, proactivity, and teamwork skills.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in customer service or coordinating service activities is an advantage, but not mandatory.
