Seeking a Lead Consultant with strong expertise in ETL development, SAP data migration, and data quality management for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The role involves driving end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring high data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with SAP best practices.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end data migration activities for SAP implementations, especially S/4HANA transformation programs.
Ensure high data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with SAP best practices.
Build and maintain data services jobs, workflows, and dataflows.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Data Integrator skill.
Proven experience in SAP data migration projects (ECC → S/4HANA).
Expertise in ETL development and data transformation logic.
Expertise in SQL and relational databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server).
Strong understanding of SAP data structures (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.).
Strong understanding of data migration lifecycle and best practices.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC / LTMOM).
Experience with SAP Information Steward (data profiling & quality).
Knowledge of automation frameworks for reconciliation and validation.
Experience in large-scale global S/4HANA transformation programs.
Experience in automation of data validation and reconciliation processes.
