Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of L2s, L3s, and managers.
  • Own end-to-end network flow health across all hops for Quick Commerce.
  • Identify egregious metrics in real time, spotting flow disruptors, bottlenecks, and exceptions.
  • Coordinate actions across operations, tech, program, and field teams to keep the network in flow.
  • Codify every intervention into playbooks and reusable recovery frameworks.
  • Track each disruption from detection through recovery, confirming stabilization before closing the loop.
  • Continuously evolve to take on new workstreams in a scaling Quick Commerce environment.
  • Monitor network exceptions and automate processes or propose process changes to streamline hyperlocal operations.
  • Perform live network monitoring, demand forecasting, and analysis of high-velocity delivery data.
  • Ensure the hassle-free, on-time flow of inventory across all hops.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excel expertise.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience establishing processes, workflows, standard procedures, and change management.
  • SQL and R/Python are a plus.
  • Superb communication, project management, and stakeholder skills.
  • Adeptness in AI tools (Kiro, Amazon Quick).
