Responsibilities
- Manage programs for international expansion charter for IES DEX.
- Work with technical partners (PMs, TPMs, SDEs, SDMs) and local counterparts across Emerging countries.
- Own delivery and tracking of critical leadership goals to enable capabilities globally.
- Hold partner teams accountable to drive impact from enabled capabilities.
- Establish mechanisms such as Monthly Business Reviews and progress flashes for Senior leadership.
- Identify new problem sets, cost-saving and CX improvement opportunities, and missing product/tech capabilities to inform the IES DEX Roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience identifying and improving business processes.
- Experience in written and oral communication with all organizational levels.
- Experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Experience building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
- Experience identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, root cause analysis, and implementing escalation plans.
- Experience creating and improving processes.
- Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
- Experience developing tools, reports, process maps, scorecards, and data visualizations.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment.
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally across key IES markets (Latin America, Australia, Middle East).
