Accenture is looking for an Industrials AI Reinvention Executive to lead AI strategy and transformation for major industrial, automotive, aerospace, and transport companies in the Netherlands and Nordics. This senior role involves shaping AI mandates, engaging C-suite leaders, and building/managing AI teams to drive value and innovation.

Responsibilities

Shape and lead AI strategy mandates, guiding industrial executives from ambition to investment.
Lead large-scale AI reinvention journeys, including agentic AI in operations, AI in R&D, supply chain intelligence, and workforce reinvention.
Engage C-suite leaders (CEOs, COOs, CTOs) to set the AI agenda.
Build and manage a portfolio of AI mandates across various client accounts.
Lead and develop a team of AI practitioners with deep industrial knowledge.

Requirements

10+ years of experience leading large-scale AI or enterprise transformation with industrial companies.
Proven track record in an advisory setting, originating and delivering at C-suite level.
Ability to build solid business cases combining domains such as engineering, manufacturing, and new business models.
Established executive relationships in the Netherlands or Nordic industrial market.
A builder's mindset, seeing the full arc from strategy to scaled impact.
Master's degree or equivalent.
Fluency in English.
Based in any of our Netherlands or Nordics offices.
