Responsibilities

Actively contributing to a safety first culture.
Ensuring efficiency in operations and that routines and requirements are known and followed.
Being passionate about the food range and sharing specialist knowledge with guests and colleagues.
Presenting the width and depth of the IKEA food range to inspire guests.
Acting quickly on commercial opportunities and customer feedback.
Understanding and contributing to department action plans and supporting goals and targets.

Requirements

Experience in handling cash registers in the food services industry.
Excellent customer service skills.
Sales driven and motivated to work in a vibrant retail environment.
Passion for food and people.
Flexibility and openness, curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work together with other people.
Good attention to detail and ability to prioritize and organize individual work duties.
Pride in serving the range to customers.
Able to work on weekends, shift hours, and Public holidays.
