Responsibilities

Perform Goods Flow operation tasks in assigned area using IKEA systems and equipment.
Ensure efficient goods flow process and data integrity to maximize stock accuracy.
Contribute to optimized daily goods flow operation in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way.
Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines and support colleagues in preventing incidents.

Requirements

Interest in home furnishing, customer needs, and the IKEA product range.
At least 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in retail.
Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Good attention to detail to achieve accuracy.
Quick learner with the ability to ask questions when unclear.
Flexibility in approach to daily tasks and adaptability to unpredictable situations.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications

Forklift Certification is a plus, or relevant skills and expertise in forklift operation.
