This role focuses on managing quotations, order execution, and customer coordination to drive sustainable business growth. Responsibilities
- Manage spare parts RFQs and support quotation preparation using standardized tools and templates.
- Support CRM opportunity maintenance, quotation tracking, and pipeline visibility for sales performance insights.
- Review and validate customer purchase orders and commercial requirements for accuracy.
- Execute the complete order fulfillment process in ERP systems, including order entry, delivery, invoicing, and closure.
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Account Managers to ensure timely order execution and issue resolution.
- Drive process governance, issue resolution, forecasting support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide cross-functional backup support to ensure sustainable operations and business continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related commercial or technical discipline.
- Solid understanding of aftermarket operations, quotation management, order-to-cash processes, and customer support activities.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inside sales support, sales administration, order management, customer service, supply chain, or aftermarket operations.
- Hands-on experience in quotation preparation, order processing, invoicing, and CRM support.
- Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Familiar with CRM and pipeline management tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Capable of managing high-volume quotations and orders with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated process discipline, problem-solving ability, and experience in operational reporting, issue resolution, and process improvement.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and customer focus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A structured, proactive, and collaborative team player who supports knowledge sharing and cross-functional cooperation.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in marine, industrial equipment, oil & gas, process industry, or rotating machinery businesses is advantageous.
- Exposure to international business environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
