This is an introduction position for a Future Talent - Process Engineer in Tokyo, Japan. You will develop basic technical solutions for projects, communicate with colleagues and customers, and follow project plans and budgets. The role encourages mentorship and offers opportunities for development and training.

Responsibilities

Develop basic technical solutions in L0-L2 projects, including project documentation, design specifications, and drawings.
Communicate with colleagues and engage in technical discussions with customers/suppliers for engineering parts.
Follow project plans and milestones, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Utilize reusable solutions and processes to ensure productivity.
Participate in the validation/review of technical solutions for engineering parts.
Participate in lessons learned sessions and contribute to process, template, and tool improvements.
Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience to develop expertise in Project / Product knowledge.
Familiarity with necessary standards, guidelines, tools, and methods for process design.
