We are seeking a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker for the AM shift in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Responsibilities include picking, packing, moving, loading, and unloading products while maintaining a safe work environment. This role requires at least one year of warehouse experience and the ability to lift 20-50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and moving products throughout the warehouse
Loading, unloading, and organizing inventory
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Continuous walking, standing, and lifting throughout the day
Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and business requirements
Ensure optimised daily fulfilment unit operations

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on warehouse experience
Available for an early morning shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Able to lift and carry 20-50 lbs regularly
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications

Previous experience with material handling equipment is an asset
