Financial Analyst (Junior)

Responsibilities
- Analyze functional spend, manufacturing variances, and reporting
- Conduct spend analysis and headcount reporting
- Support financial closing activities and the month-end closing process
- Assist in the capitalization of assets
- Support volume projections
- Identify process improvements
- Provide ad hoc project support and operational improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant financial experience
- Hands-on experience with month-end closing activities
- Experience in financial analysis
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Economics, Finance or Engineering
- Fluent Swedish (native) and English, written and spoken
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Experience with an ERP system (SAP strongly preferred and highly beneficial)
- Strong analytical, communication and social skills
- Independent thinking and strong planning and prioritization skills
- Highly motivated self-starter who takes ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
- Adaptable to changing internal customer requirements and business demands
- Consistently meets goals with a high degree of accuracy, quality and attention to detail
- Ability to work during the summer period

- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing or cost accounting (preferred)
