Responsibilities
- Effectively execute project orders to customer satisfaction and achieve desired deliverables.
- Manage all aspects of project delivery to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with customers, Sales, Service, and Project Team.
- Lead regional Project Execution activities.
- Interact with internal and external customers to understand project requirements, obligations, and schedules.
- Initiate Scope Meetings and participate in Design Meetings.
- Plan with the Project Office for on-time deliveries.
- Submit deviation or concession requests to the customer.
- Oversee Installation and Commissioning activities at customer sites.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and take corrective actions to prevent profit leakage.
- Manage backlogs to focus on open orders and points.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support the Integration Team in Despatch Planning.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.E/ B. Tech. (Preferably Mechanical, Electrical)
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in project execution or after-sales service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player.
- Strong attitude for self-supervision and follow-up.
- Ability to establish strong and effective relationships with major stakeholders for smooth project execution.
