As an Endpoint Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) for Microsoft Federal, you will be a trusted advisor to US Government customers, driving their AI transformation and enabling secure, AI-enhanced workplace experiences. This hybrid role involves frequent on-site support in Northern Virginia, focusing on solutions like Intune, AVD, and Windows 365.
Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions.
- Ensure a seamless, connected experience that fosters satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value.
- Lead architectural design, engaging with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enable sustained usage of Windows 365, AVD, and Intune.
- Secure long-term customer success and renewal.
- Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to drive expansion and business value realization.
- Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, and prioritize IP re-use to accelerate customer AI transformation.
- Act as the voice of the customer by proactively sharing insights, feedback, and success stories to inform internal strategy.
- Demonstrate a self-learner mindset through continuous, self-directed learning in endpoint management, virtualization, AI integration, and business value realization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements pre-offer and post-hire.
- Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
Desired Qualifications
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Intune, MECM, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 and Migration from MECM to Intune running at Enterprise-scale.
- Proven track record of 6+ years of experience in working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external) relevant to this role.
- Solid hands-on experience leading technical projects relevant to this role.
- 6+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
- 5+ years experience working on technical projects
- Technical certifications in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Azure Architecture and Administration, Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administration, Virtualization Technologies, etc.)
Benefits
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year.
- There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
