As a Technical Specialist in Bangalore, you will leverage Vertex AI Model Garden and Pipelines, alongside Python, Flask, and Django, to build and operationalize AI/agentic capabilities. You will also utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices for cloud infrastructure management, ensuring adherence to secure coding and quality standards. This role requires strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills, with approximately 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Build, code, and unit-test solution components using Vertex AI Model Garden, Python, Flask, and Django.
Design, develop, evaluate, and operationalize AI/agentic capabilities using generative AI concepts and Vertex AI Pipelines.
Design, provision, configure, migrate, and tune platform components using Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.
Apply sound software engineering, configuration, and quality practices.
Ensure adherence to secure coding, data handling, and access-control practices.
Demonstrate strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain current proficiency on primary tools listed for the role.
Own technical design decisions, code and configuration reviews, and standards.
Analyze and validate AI/ML use cases, agent workflows, and responsible-AI expectations.
Translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements and user stories.
Facilitate requirement reviews, solution walkthroughs, and UAT coordination.
Maintain functional specifications, process flows, and status reporting.
Lead stakeholder alignment, prioritization, and cross-team dependency resolution.
Support release readiness, user enablement, and post-go-live stabilization.
Engage client stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional delivery teams with strong communication skills.

Requirements

Proven expertise in Python development, including Flask and Django.
Solid understanding of API development principles and best practices.
Familiarity with OpenAPI standards for API design and documentation.
Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and techniques.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud's Vertex AI platform (Vertex AI Pipelines, Vertex AI Model Garden).
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Approximately 7 to 10 years of relevant industry experience aligned to the Senior Engineer band.
Working knowledge of AI domain standards, compliance expectations, and business processes.
