Responsibilities
- Develop, write, edit, and proofread employee communications (email, intranet articles, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, video scripts).
- Lead communication support for HR programs (wellbeing, talent development, employee experience, recognition, benefits, organizational initiatives).
- Manage and publish content via Staffbase for timely and effective delivery.
- Utilize ServiceNow and SharePoint for communication intake, workflows, approvals, and content management.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop communication strategies, key messaging, and integrated campaign plans.
- Execute multi-channel communication campaigns (email, intranet, digital signage, newsletters).
- Create visually compelling communication materials like infographics and presentations.
- Manage employee distribution lists and audience segmentation for accurate message delivery.
- Coordinate translation requirements and manage vendor relationships for global needs.
- Maintain communication calendars, content governance, and channel operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and employee engagement through data.
- Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, HR communications, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written, verbal, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience supporting communications for large, geographically dispersed employee populations.
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Staffbase for employee communications, content publishing, campaign execution, and channel management.
- Experience using ServiceNow for request intake, workflow management, approvals, and communications operations.
- Experience managing and administering content within SharePoint environments.
- Experience working within a global shared services or center-of-excellence communications function.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-wide, multi-channel communication campaigns.
- Strong visual communication skills, including the creation of infographics and presentation materials.
- Experience supporting HR, employee engagement, change management, or organizational communications initiatives.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Employee Communications or related work experience.
- Associate's degree and 4+ years of Employee Communications or related work experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Employee Communications or related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
