Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight to Surveillance products and program development.
- Lead non-advocate reviews, providing critical feedback on design, integration, and test plans.
- Support the resolution of complex technical challenges with Hardware and Software components.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to program and engineering teams.
- Lead key technical discussions with customers.
- Define technical roadmaps.
- Lead key technical activities to achieve organizational strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate external technical interfaces.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 20+ years of directly relevant experience in the DoD radar development field, including systems, software, mechanical, or electrical experience developing defense applications.
- Demonstrated experience understanding, interpreting, and communicating multidisciplinary technical concepts/issues to both technical and non-technical leadership.
- Detailed understanding of the entire system development lifecycle and the interactions with various engineering disciplines, including system design, fabrication, integration, and testing.
- 10+ years of technical project management experience, including budget planning, schedule generation, and project monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong, demonstrated analytical troubleshooting aptitude.
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills, with strong competency in communicating to executive level stakeholders.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
