Customer Service - Order Fulfillment

In short

This role is responsible for ensuring efficiency and accuracy in Order to Cash, Pick to Ship, Purchase to Pay, Transportation, Trade compliance, and Warehousing functions. You will perform daily operations, manage stock, ensure timely delivery, and contribute to cost control and digitalization efforts.

Responsibilities

Perform daily operations covering order processing, purchasing, invoicing, and distribution.
Handle stock replenishment routines for parts/equipment and monitor stock aging.
Work closely with customers, sales teams, warehouses, and transporters to ensure on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery.
Ensure local purchases are performed as per prokura and according to procedures.
Provide Order Receive (OR), delivery status, and Order Invoice (OI) transparency.
Negotiate and review local transport, purchase, and third-party warehousing costs.
Apply and use digital platforms to track and trace orders and delivery status.
Utilize Power BI reports to enhance performance metrics.
Check and ensure the accuracy of import and export declarations, staying alert to trade rule changes.
Constantly check and ensure master data accuracy (PGC, GAC, TP, division, active code, factory code, etc).

Requirements

University degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration or similar academic background.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain/logistics within an industrial environment.
High level of understanding in Import and Export Procedures, Customs tariff classifications, incoterms.
Knowledge of Marine Cargo Claims and Insurance.
Computer literate with intermediate Excel skills.
High level of communication and organizational skills.
