Customer Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming customer orders.
- Support customer inquiries via phone or e-mail regarding quotes, orders, unit downs, return requests, shipping, pricing concerns, and technical issues.
- Process weekly back-order reports, review, expedite as required, and send to customers.
- Understand customer needs and communicate them to other departments.
- Maintain working knowledge of products and their functions for customers.
- Ensure all activities align with Sandvik’s core values and current policies and procedures.
- Arrange shipment/transport of equipment/materials.
- Handle receipt of incoming goods and associated logistic support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education, preferably in a Business-related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience.
- Proven customer service and sales experience is preferred.
- Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for selling goods and services.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Sales Force etc.).
- Familiar with parts manuals.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible working hours.
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in both English and French considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the mining industry would be an asset.
