Credit Operations Manager, IN Seller Reimbursements

We are seeking an experienced program manager to lead reimbursement initiatives, focusing on reducing process defects and improving seller experience. The role requires strong program management, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues within current systems.

Responsibilities

Own the program, define and achieve KPIs, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
Pull data, perform deep-dives, and conduct root-cause analysis.
Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects.
Communicate verbally and in writing to provide business updates.
Communicate with stakeholders to share updates, resolve blockers, and deliver programs on time.
Systematically escalate problems and follow through on resolutions.

Requirements

2+ years of program or project management experience
2+ years of team management experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience leading process improvements

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of databases (querying and analyzing) such as SQL, MYSQL, and ETL Manager.
Experience working with large data sets.
Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts.
Experience in managing critical operational processes, with SLA responsibility.
