In short

We are seeking a Buyer to manage purchase orders, track material delivery, and handle inbound logistics. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or higher, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in ERP systems, with strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Issue and track purchase orders, communicate material status and delivery dates to workshops.
Assist with inbound material processing and coordinate the resolution of inbound material exceptions.
Coordinate urgent material handling with preceding and subsequent processes.
Report material status to management and respond to inquiries.
Monitor supplier production status to prevent order delivery delays due to supplier issues.
Complete various production reports and establish relevant ledgers.
Reconcile accounts with suppliers at the end of the month and verify invoices.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

Diploma or above in education.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in workshop production planning.
Proficient computer operation skills.
Familiarity with AX System and ERP System preferred.
Understanding of the interrelationships between production, sales, and warehousing.
Strong data processing and statistical analysis capabilities.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Desired Qualifications

Previous experience in a buyer role is preferred.
Experience with production planning is a plus.
Familiarity with AX and ERP systems is preferred.
