Qualcomm is looking for a Business Operations Analyst, Processor to support the GBFS team in Bangalore. The role involves partner onboarding, managing marketing funds, processing claims, and financial reporting, requiring strong analytical and Excel skills. The position also entails flexible working hours for communication with HQ and business calls.

Responsibilities

Oversee Partner account onboarding, manage product SKUs, and administer partner offerings.
Process Market Development Funds and Global Channel Incentive claims, ensuring compliance and financial accuracy.
Handle marketing budgets, fund allocations, and fund requests with accuracy.
Ensure seamless financial tracking, reporting, and billing processes.
Serve as a key contact for external partners and internal HQ and Sales Teams.
Provide assistance for Qualcomm’s Compute Channel Partners while fostering strong internal relationships with Sales/BD teams.
Perform additional ad hoc business operations activities.

Requirements

Master’s degree in business management, Operations, Analytics, or related experience.
0 -1 year of experience in PC OEM’s, Semi-Conductor Channel Partner & or Business Ops.
Excellent Advance Excel Skills.
Ability to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskill with tools – AI, CRM, Power BI etc.
Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible for evening calls (8PM – 11PM IST) for HQ reviews and business calls on regular basis and/or working in shift (2.30pm to 11.30pm) as needed.
Bachelor's degree.
1+ year of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

Desired Qualifications

Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Master’s = one year) of work experience.
