Responsibilities

Develop and tune voice/VoIP audio pipelines, including ECNS, noise suppression, and filtering.
Integrate and optimize AI models within signal processing chains.
Evaluate and improve speech quality using objective and subjective methods.
Work closely with software and Customer Engineering teams to enable and debug end-to-end use cases.
Support customer deployments and field issues through tuning, model improvements, or targeted analysis.
Contribute to model development, validation, and selection for ECNS processing.
Collaborate with research teams to improve algorithms and models.

Requirements

Strong background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for speech/audio.
1 to 2 years or more experience in audio/voice signal processing or VoIP systems.
Hands-on experience with ECNS, noise suppression, or speech enhancement.
Experience with MATLAB and/or Python.
Strong C/C++ programming skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (SW, CE, systems).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
