Responsibilities
- Develop and tune voice/VoIP audio pipelines, including ECNS, noise suppression, and filtering.
- Integrate and optimize AI models within signal processing chains.
- Evaluate and improve speech quality using objective and subjective methods.
- Work closely with software and Customer Engineering teams to enable and debug end-to-end use cases.
- Support customer deployments and field issues through tuning, model improvements, or targeted analysis.
- Contribute to model development, validation, and selection for ECNS processing.
- Collaborate with research teams to improve algorithms and models.
Requirements
- Strong background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for speech/audio.
- 1 to 2 years or more experience in audio/voice signal processing or VoIP systems.
- Hands-on experience with ECNS, noise suppression, or speech enhancement.
- Experience with MATLAB and/or Python.
- Strong C/C++ programming skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (SW, CE, systems).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI models for speech/audio processing.
- Experience integrating DSP and AI in real-time systems.
- Familiarity with audio quality evaluation methods.
- Experience with embedded or low-power platforms.
- PhD preferred.
