In short

Join our dynamic online banking team as a Customer Support Agent (Backoffice) with excellent German language skills. You will handle tasks like credit approval, user verification, and customer data management, with a hybrid work model after initial office training in Belgrade, Novi Sad, or Niš.

Responsibilities

Provide information regarding account balances and available card amounts.
Process changes to clients' personal data.
Block or activate customer cards.
Monitor account changes and review transactions.
Handle requests for re-issuing cards and PINs.
Perform active checks on suspicious transactions based on security system parameters.
Manage debt collection inquiries.
Process customer complaints.

Requirements

Excellent German language speaking and writing skills (minimum B2 level).
Basic knowledge of English language.
Willingness to enrich foreign language vocabulary.
Ability to work from our office in Belgrade, Novi Sad, or Niš for the first 4 weeks.
Interest in the economic and banking world.
Comfortable using a computer.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in helping people.
Team player mentality.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in online banking or customer service is a plus.
Experience with banking software is advantageous.
